Highschool freshman looking for simple way to quickly shed a few pounds and get toner in next couple of weeks?
I'm looking to do this thru easy exercises in specific routines.
Hey i'm going into high school and am going to play soccer. i'm only a few pounds out of it. i'm trying to loose a few pounds and get a toner tummy and firmer thighs and butt with simple excercises. I'm soon going to start training though and am just looking for something small to add after i jog to get faster results. i want a simple sit up/leg up/ curl up/ whatever type routine that i can do before or after i jog to help accelerate my results and get a better looking body, and something simple to help me keep it off.
please be specific, like this many pushups exactly or this many sit ups in an exact routine.

i don't know about exercise but maybe i can give some helpful hints?
cut out junk food completely. frozen yogurt instead of ice cream : ) delicious. no soda at all. lots of water. chicken and fish.
