My father died about 60 days ago...he was my only parent, my mother died when I was very young....?
I don't feel like a have a reason or purpose anymore....my father was everything to me. Although he had some health problems, the death was unexpected and shocking....now he is suddenly gone, and I feel abandoned. He had a heart attack, and I can't get over the fact that if he had a medical alarm like Life Alert, he could have been saved. This death is unacceptable to me, but I can acknowledge it.....I know he is gone, but it is still unacceptable.....is this okay to feel this way? I wonder if he could have been saved? He was 76 years old.....thank you.

I lost my dad 17yrs ago I felt the same way because I love him so much the grief it passes with no time limit the positive , the good times will out weigh it self it is ok to feel ,,,
