Grip Handicap Hand

which mouse grip style is more effective for gaming; palm or claw grip?
personally my hands are huge im six foot 5 inches tall and i can not be comfortable when trying to palm my mouse (no matter how big the mouse is, it seems) i own a Logitech G500
am i handicapped in that i can not palm grip?
what do you use?? and what kind of mouse, if you dont me asking, do you use?
which is more efficient in your opinion? why?
It will be worse if you do something you are not comfortable with but usually when on say an fps and playing you usually use the palm grip because usually if you are good you play on a low sensitivity and the palm grip will move the mouse faster. The claw grip supposedly gives you a faster click response but I don't use it if you do use it it seems only reasonable for when you're playing an rts.
