Anime clothing question... what's this called?
In several different anime series and movies, I have seen infants wearing what appears to be some sort of bib that covers their front and no other clothes. Is there a name for this garment? I have seen a vaguely similar garment worn by adults in real life as a sort of tank top, especially among taiko drumming groups. What are these shirt garments called?
Examples of both can be seen in the movie Spirited Away, worn by the baby (Bo?) as his only garment, and also worn by Chihiro as a shirt beneath her outer shirt.
I think the piece of clothing is called a Haragake.
