Cop found two bottles of alcohol near my front seat sealed?
He took one of the bottles back to the car and wrote me up a ticket... for open container... then let me put both bottles in my trunk.... who's to say it was alcohol? I could have put something else in that bottle and resealed it myself.... is that a good defense for court? It was never seized... so really there is no evidence other then what was written on the label...

You might want to stop breaking the law, then blaming everyone else.
A reasonable person would be lead to believe that there is alcohol in the bottle labeled as such. You will have a hard time proving your case in court.
