What is a good knee brace to use in football?
The trainer in my high school said that the cartilage in my knee is worn away. I haven't trained the lower body since the end of the season (3 months ago). Just wanted to know if anyone knows of a good knee brace to support my knee so I can get back to training the lower body. Thanks
Because of my tight hamstrings since I was 16 the bones in my knees and hips grind together causing cartilage to deteriorate. But these are the braces I've used and they work.
