having a lot of Coccyx pain, need some pain relief..suggestions?
it has hurt since about yesterday morning and it still hurts like crazy, maybe from sitting so much, because i don't recall falling down lately. is there any way i can relieve the pain without having to purchase a Coccyx cushion, or going to the doctor, because i don't think this would be serious enough to go to the doctor and all the doctor would probably tell me is to get a cushion, so please give me some suggestions...
also i wasn't sure if taking like...ibuprofen or any pain reliever would help, if it does, let me know!! ASAP!!
