What temp. do i have my reflux still boiler running at to steam off th alcohol from the mash?

i have made my mash of sugar and carbon and yeast its now done at 25%ABV.(25L of it) i am now going to pour it into my Reflux still and start heating it up so it steams the alcohol up and away. I dont know what exact Temp to keep the liquid at. I know water boils at 100C and i know i dont want to go that high becasue then ill have water in my alcohol when it condences down the pipe into my bottles so what temp should i run my Distiller at thanks guys

your best to go to a home brewing website

you have to be above alcohol boiling point, but below water... i know generally in Farenheit, brewers usually aim for about 180 degrees (ethyl alcohol boils at 172 degrees, water at 212)

looks like you would likely shoot for about 80 degrees Celsius
