Kitten keeps tipping over her water bowl!?
On purpose! She does it all of the time. I know you might think that she's having trouble drinking her water. I thought so to.....at first. But she is all of 6 months old now, and she just seems to get a kick out of doing this. Twice in a row last night. And then she plays in it. She also likes to play in the bathtub after someone has showered. She's a piece of work, I'll tell you. What can I do to teach her NOT to do this? I think they sell water bowls for dogs that suction to the floor, but do they also sell them for cats? Other than that, I am going through an awful lot of paper towels!
Getting her to stop doing it is going to be hard to do. Not to mention since you have a water loving cat, getting her to stop will cause you more grief in the future. Since she likes water, giving her a bath will be much simpler.
To stop her from making a mess, you might want to consider a suction bowl or even one of the bowls that has a mini water bottle in it (the weight will keep it upright).
Other than that, you might want to keep the water dish in the bathtub. That way when it's spilled, it makes no mess.
